Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.

Assembled equipment that has been used is still eligible if it is in resalable condition; we may apply a small refurbishment fee for heavy wear.

Email support@movofit.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label where applicable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving back with us.

Faulty or incorrectly shipped items: we pay the return shipping. Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is deducted from the refund at cost.

Every Movo Fit product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Send us a photo and we will replace the part or the unit.
