Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are packed and shipped the same day. Orders after that cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

United States: 2–5 business days. Free on orders over $75, flat $6.95 under that.

Canada: 5–9 business days, calculated at checkout.

Rest of world: 7–14 business days, calculated at checkout. Import duties, if your country applies them, are payable by the recipient.

Rowers, racks and cold plunges travel on a freight service and are delivered curbside. The carrier will call ahead to arrange a window.

If a parcel comes back to us because an address was entered incorrectly, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the cost of postage.
